Refund Policy

When we refund

• Payment matched to your order but no credentials delivered within 24 hours.
• Clearly wrong product delivered (not what you ordered).

What we don't refund

• Change of mind after credentials delivered.
• Payment sent with a wrong amount AND we successfully delivered credentials for the matched amount.
• Account that worked on arrival but you later shared, changed, or had revoked.
